Is L'engage really free?

Yes. Joining the community and taking part in weekly sessions is completely free.

What level do I need to join?

Every level is welcome. Rooms are labelled basic or advanced so you can pick what fits you best.

How do I join a session?

Register on the homepage, then click the Salon A / Salon B button on the schedule to enter the Google Meet room at the scheduled time.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Sessions run in your browser via Google Meet — a microphone is enough.

What time do sessions start?

All events start at 21:30 CEST and there is no time limit — join early or stay later, the room stays open.

What if I miss a session?

No problem — sessions run every week. Just come to the next one.

Can I become a moderator?

Yes. Fill in the Become a Moderator form and we'll be in touch.

What is the Humanitarian Interpreter Network?

A network of multilingual volunteers who may be called upon to remotely support humanitarian organizations during emergencies. Registration does not guarantee deployment — see the Interpreter Network page for details.

How do I update or delete my data?

Every confirmation email contains a Manage My Data link where you can review, edit or delete what you shared. You can also write to salon1@pglengage.com.
